PRODUCT INFORMATION
Builder’s Series whirlpool bathtubs are manufactured from durable, easy to clean cast acrylic and backed with fiberglass for extra strength. Our whirlpool systems are total drain, laboratory tested, and UL listed for your safety and comfort.
Every whirlpool tub is water tested at the factory before being shipped to you. The standard whirlpool tub is complete and ready to set. You will need a waste/overflow kit and faucet set to complete the installation of your whirlpool bathtub. These items can be purchased from us (see options page) or may be purchased locally from your plumber or building supply store.
Other options for your whirlpool tub are available (see options page) for your convenience and comfort. These options add to the beauty and enjoy- ment of your whirlpool bathtub but are not necessary for the installation of your standard whirlpool unit.
HOW TO ORDER

Shop through the Whirlpool
Bathtubs section of our web site and select the whirlpool tub model
that best suits your needs. Be sure to select the correct tub size that
will fit your installation space. |

Shop through the Whirlpool Options section of our web site and select
the desired optional accessories you want for your whirlpool bathtub. Remember,
you will need a waste/overflow kit and a faucet set to complete the installation
of your whirlpool tub. These can be purchased from us or purchased locally. |

Visit our Warranty section and our Installation Instructions
section. Familiarize yourself with our product warranty andinstallation
instructions. |
| Step 4. |
Go to our Order Form section. Complete the top half of the order
form being sure the personal information provided is correct. Complete the
bottom half of the order form selecting the desired model number, tub color,
and options (if any). Pricing will be entered automatically. |

When complete you can press View Order to confirm your entries.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
When we receive your order by e-mail, fax, or phone we will quote you a firm freight charge that you will pay to the truck driver when your whirlpool tub is delivered to your door. Production on your whirlpool tub will begin when we receive your order by e-mail, fax, or phone. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving your payment by check or money order. Arrival at your door can take 5 to 10 days from receipt of your payment depending on where you are located.
Return Policy
In order to eliminate the need for costly returns please review your order making sure you have ordered the correct size, design, color, and option. It is the policy of the Manufacturer not to accept returns unless an order error has been made by the Manufacturer or the product is determined (by the Manufacturer) to have a warranty defect not repairable at the Customers location. In the event there is a problem with the quality of material and/or workmanship of the product you receive please refer to your warranty or call the Manufacturer immediately. In the event it is determined by the Manufacturer the product needs to be returned to the factory a Returned Goods Number will be issued along with return shipping instructions.
